IGST exemption on filming, sound recording, video tapes etc. of foreign origin
As per GST Law, no IGST is payable on Photographic, filming, sound recording and radio equipment, raw films, video tapes and sound re- cording tapes of foreign origin, if imported into India after having been exported therefrom based on Customs Notification 12/2012.
