B 1050 of part d of schedule ii of the said rules) is permitted by actual users or by importers registered with the state

Certificate from Pollution control board to import

In most of the countries, the information on such registration for importer – exporter is linked with customs location and reserve bank, as process of imports and exports are online digitalized.
