Seeks to amend certain customs notifications in pursuance to change made in Budget 2017-18.

 

The extract of CUSTOMS Notification No. 76/2017- CUSTOMS is given below:

(E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the

 

Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby amends the following notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) specified in column (2) of the Table below, to the extent specified in the corresponding entries in column (3) of the said Table, namely: -

(v)in the Table, at S.No. 467, in column 2, for the figures,

 

 

 

“8472 90”, the figures and words “8472 90 or 8473 40,”
