ARVIND K POTDAR: Sir, I am a management consultant having my annual fees not more than Rs 15 lakhs. I have following questions : What is the turnover for applicability of GST? What rate? I am not registered under GST as I suppose my turnover is not coming in that slab. If the GST is not applicable for this turnover whether my client has to pay GST on my behalf? Is the GST paid by my client on my behalf will be a cost to my client or the client can claim the credit? I need a guidance on the same as my client is threatening me to deduct GST from my bills.
