Can We move the Imported coal from the port in the another manufacturing plant: The Bill of Entry and other documents are in the name of JK Lakshmi Cement Durg (CG) but we want to divert the material to our plant at Rajasthan. If yes than what is the procedure.we are planning to mobilize some cargo of SA Coal at Gangavaram port to our Jaykaypuram (Sirohi) plant since Durg plant is unable to consume coal as per production planning. However, the Bill of Entry & other Import documents are in the name of Durg plant 2 Can we take the Cenvat credit (2%-CVD) on imported coal.
